Darshan built Prakruti in Rishikesh. Every course, every teacher, every decision about what to include and what to leave out was made there, over years of practice. Dharamshala is not a new school, it is the same school in a different place — mountain air, Tibetan monastery culture, and the particular quality of stillness that comes from altitude and forest.
The course runs across 100-hour (12 days), 200-hour (23 days) and 300-hour (28 days) formats, all Yoga Alliance certified, covering Hatha yoga and asana, pranayama, yoga philosophy, meditation, yoga anatomy, Ayurveda, and Indian classical arts and music. As in Rishikesh, Sanskrit semantics and Naada Yoga are taught alongside the standard Yoga Alliance curriculum.
Shared-room pricing starts from $679 for the 100-hour, $1,299 for the 200-hour and $1,449 for the 300-hour. Private-room pricing starts from $749, $1,399 and $1,549 respectively — each including accommodation, three daily meals, tuition and one excursion.

Beyond the Yoga Alliance Curriculum
Three areas taught at Prakruti that do not exist in the standard Yoga Alliance curriculum:
- Sanskrit semantics, the meaning behind translations and what is lost between Sanskrit and English
- Naada Yoga as a discipline, not decoration, taught with physiological context and correct pronunciation
- Ayurveda as a working diagnostic tool, not just an introduction
