30 Days
300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh

The 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is for teachers who already hold a 200-hour certification and are ready to move past the fundamentals. Over 30 days it covers advanced asana, Tantra, sound healing and a refined approach to teaching methodology, rather than repeating material from the 200-hour course.
Prerequisite
A 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, from Prakruti or another Yoga Alliance registered school, is required before joining. Combined with a 200-hour certification, completing this course qualifies graduates for Yoga Alliance's RYT 500 designation.
The Curriculum
The same nine disciplines taught in the 200-hour program, asana and alignment, pranayama and meditation, yoga philosophy, Ayurveda and lifestyle, Nada Yoga and mantra, anatomy and physiology, and teaching methodology, are revisited here at an advanced level, with Tantra and sound healing introduced as dedicated additions. Teaching practicum moves from mini-classes to leading full sessions, with feedback aimed at refining an individual teaching voice rather than covering new ground.
A Day at the Ashram
The daily structure is the same one followed across every program at Prakruti: an early Hatha Yoga and alignment class, breakfast, Kundalini Yoga, meditation and pranayama, an Ayurvedic lunch, an afternoon of alignment and adjustment work, philosophy and Ayurveda study, self study, and an evening Ashtanga Vinyasa class before dinner.
Who This Course Is For
This program suits certified teachers ready to deepen their practice and teaching, and wellness professionals looking to integrate a more advanced yoga foundation into an existing coaching, therapy or fitness practice. Batches are capped at 15 students.
Life at the School
Accommodation, three daily Ayurvedic meals, RO-filtered water, daily housekeeping and a free Dehradun airport transfer are included in every plan, shared or private room.
