14, 23 or 28 Days
Yoga Immersion Course in Rishikesh

The Yoga Immersion Course is designed for those who want to go deeper than a drop-in class can take them, without the commitment of a teacher training. Over 14, 23 or 28 days, you practice daily across a full range of disciplines: asana, pranayama, philosophy, meditation, anatomy, vocal activation and Sanskrit.
This course is for beginners and intermediate practitioners. You are guided by experienced teachers in a batch of nine small enough for personal attention to be the norm, not the exception.
What the Immersion Includes
Each day is structured around practice: one daily Hatha Yoga class, alignment-based and suitable for all levels, plus three additional classes of your choice from pranayama, vocal activation, Ayurveda, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy, or a second Hatha session.
The Seven Areas of Practice
Yoga asanas for strength, flexibility and balance; yoga philosophy through the Yoga Sutras and other classical texts; meditation techniques to quiet the mind; anatomy as it relates to safe practice; pranayama breathing techniques; vocal activation and mantra chanting; and Sanskrit semantics, building a direct connection to the language of yoga.
Additional Experiences
Ayurvedic treatments, cooking classes, massage therapy, and excursions to temples and the river can all be arranged on request, along with mentorship in Ayurveda, Jyotisha and Kalaripayattu.
Pricing
Shared-room pricing is $799 for 14 days, $1,199 for 23 days and $1,599 for 28 days. Private-room pricing is $949 for 14 days, $1,749 for 23 days and $2,049 for 28 days — each including accommodation, three daily meals, tuition and one excursion.
